To capture System Log from HA3969U, follow these steps from the web browser GUI interface.
1) Diagnostic (.txt) file: Maintenance > System > Diagnostic Report
2) Backup (.bin) file: Maintenance > System > Backup System Setting > Backup
(When outputting SysBackup file from redundant controllered models, please ensure to check the “Backup system log information” checkbox is selected first and then output the SysBackup file)
3) Log (.txt) file: Maintenance > Log > Export Log
Once captured, please email this text file to support2@storageflex.com while referencing your system’s 10 digit serial number found on the top cover towards the rear of your chassis.
