In the event your iSCSI Initiator cannot see the iqn from the proper ip address in order to mount to the iSCSI Target, check your Firewall’s inbound iSCSI rules on the target to see if it has been enabled.
Return to your Windows iSCSI Initiator to scan for the iqn again. Reboot if necessary.
